Role Overview:



You will be the Strategy & Marketing Director MEA, and you will work with the leadership team to plan, shape, and implement the strategy in the Middle East, Türkiye and Africa. You will make the marketing strategy to help the business grow. You'll work with all our businesses and functions to have a common vision and a clear direction. You will lead us to execute strategies well, and speed up our transformation programs to succeed in the future.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Strategy Development and Execution in Middle East, Turkiye and Africa: Spearhead the development and successful execution of the strategic initiatives. Lead Marketing: Lead and shape the marketing strategies and operations. Build Brand: Build brand awareness and strength. Champion the Way: Lead the development and deployment of the operating model. Prioritize Projects: Take charge of project prioritization process. Lead Large-Scale Transformations: Drive large transformations (such as Business Platform Renewal). Enhance Company Agility: Drive the company's readiness and agility for future challenges and opportunities.

Key Qualifications and Experience:



To be considered for the role of Strategy & Marketing Director, we seek a candidate with the following comprehensive qualifications and experience:
Senior Leadership Experience and Proven Track Record: Possess a minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably with profit and loss responsibility. Demonstrate a consistent and impressive track record of making critical decisions, guiding organizational strategy, and achieving substantial business results. Strategic Visionary: Showcase success in developing and executing impactful business and marketing strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive positioning. Marketing Experience: Exhibit competence and a strong record of accomplishment in marketing. Display a deep understanding of customer behaviors, industry dynamics, emerging trends, alternative channels and tools and effective navigation within B-to-B and B-to-C business. Leadership Excellence: Possess exceptional leadership skills, inspiring and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance culture. Large-Scale Transformation Projects: Have a history of successfully planning, leading, and driving large-scale transformations within complex organizations. Communication and Presentation Skills: Excel in verbal and written communication, conveying complex concepts clearly and concisely to both internal and external stakeholders. Agility Champion: Champion agile ways of working and speed in development. Build a culture of experimentation. Analytical Proficiency: Demonstrate outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with a history of data-driven decision-making. Learning Mindset: Exhibit a strong aptitude for continuous learning and adaptability to evolving business landscapes. Transferable Skills: Showcase skills applicable across various roles including customer-centricity, strategic thinking, innovation, balancing long-term vision with short-term results, and leading change initiatives.
