Who you are You have a
strong grasp of emerging technologies, venture trends, and evolving market dynamics, with the
ability to translate them into actionable opportunities for corporate innovationYou have deep experience in
designing and executing venture programs, such as corporate accelerators, incubators, and pilot-driven innovation initiatives You have strong
business development experience, with a track record of identifying and converting new opportunities into meaningful engagements You have excellent
communication and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple projects and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment 7-10+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, corporate innovation, startups and entrepreneurship, or a related field (minimum 3 years of experience with a leading consulting firm) Deep functional experience in areas including incubator and accelerator programs, CVCs, venture building, executing pilots and POCs, venture scouting, M&A, investments and due diligence Exceptional relationship-building skills, with experience working with C-level executives, startup founders, and investors Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs, balancing strategic objectives with tactical execution A proactive, execution-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action and drive measurable outcomes
Requirements: Role is for applicants currently in or willing to relocate to an office in the GCC region (e.g. UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait etc.)
