* Job Title: Electronics Showroom In-Charge

* Location: Qatar
* Job Responsibilities:
* Showroom Management:
* Oversee the daily operations of the electronics showroom to ensure smooth functioning.
* Maintain an attractive and organized showroom display to showcase products effectively.
* Ensure products are properly stocked, labeled, and priced according to company guidelines.
* Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the inventory team to replenish stock as needed.
* Customer Service & Sales:
* Provide excellent customer service by answering queries, demonstrating products, and assisting customers in making purchasing decisions.
* Achieve sales targets and encourage upselling/cross-selling of products.
* Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner.
* Team Supervision:
* Supervise and manage showroom staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their performance.
* Ensure employees follow company policies, sales procedures, and safety guidelines.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.
* Stock Management:
* Regularly audit showroom stock and ensure accurate stock records.
* Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely product deliveries.
* Monitor the condition of products and manage display maintenance, ensuring all electronics are operational and in top
* Visual Merchandising:
* Ensure the showroom is clean, visually appealing, and displays products effectively to attract customers.
* Update and refresh displays in line with promotions, new arrivals, and seasonal trends.
* Sales Reporting & Analysis:
* Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with the management team to create sales strategies and promotions.
* Marketing and Promotion:
* Support marketing initiatives such as sales events, product launches, and special promotions within the showroom.
* Ensure promotional materials (e.g., banners, flyers) are visible and aligned with marketing campaigns.
* Health & Safety Compliance:
* Ensure the showroom complies with all relevant health and safety regulations.
* Regularly inspect the showroom for any potential hazards or safety risks and address them promptly.
* Customer Feedback & Improvement:
* Collect customer feedback to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
* Actively work on improving customer loyalty and showroom reputation.
* Administrative Duties:
* Handle showroom-related administrative tasks, including managing employee schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Prepare and submit regular reports to the senior management on sales, inventory, and overall showroom performance.
* Qualifications:
* Proven 5 years experience in retail management in electronics or consumer goods.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
* Knowledge of electronic products and their features.
* Familiarity with inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
