Job Knowledge & Skills
In-depth knowledge of various shisha flavors, tobacco blends, and smoking techniques to provide informed recommendations and assistance to customers.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, address their needs, and ensure a positive experience.
Ability to pay close attention to detail when preparing and serving shisha, ensuring accuracy in orders, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Capacity to quickly resolve any customer issues or complaints related to shisha service, and adapt to changing customer preferences or requests.
Understanding of health and safety regulations related to shisha smoking, including proper handling of tobacco products, ventilation requirements, and fire safety precautions.
Job Experience
Minimum 3 year(s) working experience, 2 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
