Work on repair and reconditioning of machines in a Service Centre. Execute work according to standards and improve them. Based on experience evaluate and confirm key service process steps


Job Description


Perform the reconditioning/repair based on the established Standard Operating Procedure/instruction – requested by SCTM


1.Excellent knowledge of repair process/product/applications


2.Monitor processes and performance in the team/shift with focus on waste elimination.


3.Act as a link between the team, support functions and team manager.


4.Clearly describe improvements, deviation and service execution (quality, delivery and costs) with team manager.


5. Support team members with immediate problem solving and repair execution.


6.Close competence gaps by training/coaching and running SOP audit dialogues.


7.Run and participate in improvement activities (e.g.PRP, GB projects) to develop key processes and tools within the team.


8.Support and participate in problem solving and knowledge sharing with other service organizations in AL.


9. coordinate and plan the daily work of the team/shift.


10 To perform field service job based on scope advised by SCTM


  • Disassembly / Assembly of GPHE/WHE
  • Reconditioning of frames and tightening bolts
  • Supervision of reconditioning of GPHE/WHE or refer to the scope of work given by SCTM

11.Support SCTM to prepare report for any service job (SC Job & FS Job)


13.Be active at Cell Status Board meeting


14.Get involved in the work with 5S, safety and quality and immediately call on SCTM when problems or Risk arise
