Job Purpose, Duties & Responsibilities· Diagnosing complex mechanical and technical jobs on various premium and luxury vehicles ensuring to provide the most efficient way to resolve the issues· Assembling and disassembling vehicle parts and accessories as required· Repairing and maintaining various issues relating but not limited to vehicles’ chassis, engine, electrical systems and many other relevant issues based on manufacturer specifications and industry best practice· Attending to various vehicle models and types ranging from gas powered vehicles to electric powered vehicles· Carrying out routine maintenance jobs to assigned vehicles in a timely and efficient manner· Utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems· Collaborating with various internal parties to gain a full understanding of customer requirements, estimated costs and timelines· Documenting all work performed, including detailed service records, parts used, and hours spent in accordance with dealership and industry standards· Proposing various methods to enhance productivity and efficiency
