Job Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist - Automated Services Creation Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions across our entire IT landscape. This role requires deep expertise in automation principles, scripting, orchestration, and cloud technologies to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve IT service reliability and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the development of long-term automation strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Architect and design complex automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, security orchestration, and cloud deployments.
  • Develop and implement scalable automation solutions for infrastructure components, security controls, cloud resources (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and integrations with ITSM and DevOps tools.
  • Utilize scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and orchestration tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform) to develop and maintain reusable automation modules and playbooks.
  • Demonstrate in-depth expertise in cloud computing concepts, IT infrastructure components, and security concepts.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation solutions, researching and implementing cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members on automation best practices and technologies.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of automation solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex automation issues.
  • Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

المهارات

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network, security, or cloud operations with a strong automation focus.
  • Advanced scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Expertise in at least two orchestration tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform).
  • In-depth understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native technologies.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
