About the job Senior People Operations Officer (Native Arabic Speaker)
Responsible for overseeing and leading HR initiatives ensuring the smooth running of all aspects and functions of the department operations including Recruitments, Training & Development, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management, Legislation adherence, Department documentation review and amendments, HSE, Admin support & Office management. They are also required to provide advisory support to key stakeholders and management.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration or any related field.
Certification in PHR, CHRM, CHRP, SHRM or similar is a plus.
5 years of Senior HR Role or relevant experience.
Industry Experience: Information Technology
Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID
