Job Title: Senior Marketing Officer


Location: Doha - Qatar


Job Overview: The Senior Marketing Officer will lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, enhance market presence, and achieve business objectives. This role involves strategic planning, campaign management, market analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Strategic Planning:


    • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to meet business goals and objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategy.
    • Set and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  2. Campaign Management:


    • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.).
    • Oversee the creation of compelling content and promotional materials.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  3. Team Leadership:


    • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
    • Set clear goals and performance metrics for the team, conducting regular performance reviews.
  4. Market Research and Analysis:


    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Gather and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
  5. Brand Management:


    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
    • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to uphold brand integrity.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  6. Stakeholder Collaboration:


    • Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business strategy.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and media.
  7. Reporting and Analysis:


    • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, ROI, and key metrics.
    • Use analytics tools to track and evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing role, with a track record of successful campaign management and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
