Senior Instrumentation Foreman (MIC + Port) - Male

Job Purpose:
This position is a unique opportunity with so many advantage in Oil and Gas career sector in one of the most important Project handled by SPIE in Qatar with QatarEnergy in which the Project completed 08 years multi discipline tasks in Maintenance and Operation of large Industrial Area
Client satisfaction concluded by a new project contract awards with new Positions added.
The candidate demanded to Install, clean, calibrate, maintain, modify, overhaul, test of all installed instrumentation and control systems, including pneumatic and electronic process control instrumentation.
Assist in maintenance faultfinding, repair and calibration of gas turbine control and protection system in accordance with prescribed routines and preventive maintenance procedures.
Additionally:
01. Operation and maintenance of complete Instrumentation Systems, which includes supervision, planning and scheduling, inspection.
02. Reading drawings, Single line diagram, general maintenance of different Instrumentation systems and equipment mainly the Fire and Gas detection and protection system
02. Hands-on experience in all type of Instrumentation system equipment, and Control system maintenance.
03. Monitoring computerized maintenance system, handling of Notification, Work Order, Service Entry Sheet in SAP.
04. Hands-on experience in working with Work Permit system Oil & Gas Industry.
05. Draws attention to his ability to manage a repair department, perform preventative work, and follow safety protocols.
06. The candidate concludes with important abilities including Safe work culture and practices.
Your main duties will be ensurjng and conducting the following:
- Plant maintenance on DCS, Burner management system, SMART field transmitters, field Instruments such as flow meters, level transmitters, motorized valves, temperature transmitters, solenoid valves, PLC’s, SCADA, traffic light systems, vibration monitoring systems, fire & gas system.
- Installing and performing diagnostic tests on systems.
- Developing and implementing maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
- Documenting processes and maintaining service records.
- Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
- Optimizing efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
- Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations.
Ideally you will have minimum 03 years Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
With a minimum experience of 10 Years in repair of pneumatic and electronic instrument with emphasis on solid-state logic / micro-processor control equipment in the Oil & Gas industry or similar facilities
Shall be familiar with different Instrumentation systems, equipment and component with its fittings and material specifications.
Experience with computerized maintenance system, handling of Notification, Work Order, Service Entry Sheet in SAP.
Knowledge in interpreting SPIRS and identification of spares. Knowledge of Inventory Control and Project Management.
Shall be capable to trouble shoot, maintain, repair the different electrical system, equipment and components
Having hand on experience in the followings:
Experience in on-line analyzers, salinity, free chlorine, chlorophyll, and TOC analyzers, familiarity with various types of detectors and sensors used for fire and gas detection
Staff selected for this position shall have good spoken in English.
Familiar with hand tools, fasteners and other similar equipment.
You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills,
