The Senior Holidays Coordinate is responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of holiday packages and travel itineraries for clients. They are responsible for managing all aspects of the holiday planning process, including coordinating transportation, accommodations, activities, and entertainment to ensure an enjoyable and memorable holiday experience for clients. Additionally, the Senior Holidays Coordinator may be tasked with negotiating contracts with travel vendors, developing customized holiday packages, and providing exceptional customer service to address client inquiries and concerns. Their primary goal is to create personalized and hassle-free holiday experiences that meet or exceed clients' expectations.
Coordinate and plan holiday packages for clients, including arranging transportation, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences and budget.
Liaise with travel vendors, hotels, airlines, and tour operators to negotiate rates, secure bookings, and ensure all arrangements meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized assistance, addressing inquiries, and offering recommendations to enhance their holiday experience.
Develop detailed travel itineraries tailored to each client's interests and requirements, ensuring all activities and logistics are coordinated effectively and efficiently.
Manage holiday budgets, including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring all expenditures stay within agreed-upon limits while maximizing value for clients.
Handle any issues or concerns that arise before, during, or after the holiday, such as flight delays, hotel issues, or itinerary changes, and implement timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
Assist clients with obtaining necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance, and ensure compliance with relevant travel regulations and requirements.
Strive to exceed client expectations by delivering exceptional customer service, anticipating their needs, and providing personalized recommendations and assistance throughout the holiday planning process.
Solicit feedback from clients post-holiday to evaluate their satisfaction levels, gather insights for improvement, and identify opportunities to enhance the holiday planning and booking experience.
Stay updated on travel trends, destination offerings, and industry best practices to continually improve holiday packages, services, and customer satisfaction levels.
Comprehensive understanding of various holiday destinations, including popular attractions, local culture, cuisine, and accommodation options.
Proficiency in travel industry practices, trends, and regulations, including familiarity with booking systems, travel insurance, and visa requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, understand their preferences, and provide personalized recommendations and assistance.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client bookings, coordinate complex travel itineraries, and ensure all arrangements are executed seamlessly.
Ability to troubleshoot issues, anticipate potential challenges, and implement solutions promptly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable holiday experience for clients.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
