As a leader in family medicine, you will provide comprehensive primary care services, manage chronic conditions, and promote health and wellness for patients of all ages. Lead and supervise a team of family physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and support staff.
Provide expert consultation on complex medical cases, including chronic disease management, preventive care, and acute illnesses.
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, guidelines, and evidence-based practices in family medicine.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular conditions, emphasizing preventive care and patient education.
Coordinate care with specialists and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Promote health and wellness through patient education, lifestyle counseling, and preventive medicine practices.
Conduct screenings, immunizations, and health assessments to identify and mitigate health risks in the community.
Advocate for patient-centered care and empower patients to actively participate in their healthcare decisions.
Mentor and educate medical students, residents, and fellows in family medicine principles and clinical practice.
Facilitate case discussions, provide feedback on clinical skills, and promote professional development.
Participate in continuing medical education activities and stay updated with advances in family medicine research and treatments.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and practice efficiency.
Collaborate with research teams on clinical studies, contribute to publications, and present findings at conferences.
Implement evidence-based practices and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols.
Assist in developing departmental policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and patient safety protocols.
Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
Proven ability to manage diverse patient populations and complex medical conditions in a primary care setting.

Comprehensive knowledge of Accreditation Process in an acute Healthcare Facility, with particular emphasis on JCI and preferably in more than one facility.
Minimum 3 years of experience as Consultant Family Medicine (Mandatory).
Preferred: Minimum 1 year’s work experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council (Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain).
