Supports the Contracts Division in performing contract administration activities offering high standard of service for the whole Company.
Maintains contracts and work orders for Contracts Division ensuring documentation is up to date and controlled for the department.
Review, check and verify invoices for Contracts Division for management approval. Liaises with Finance department related to invoicing process.
Identify information processing problems and escalate to management where applicable to remedy.
Maintain database for department ensuring accuracy and quality of information as per department standards. Update and maintain records accordingly in SAP.
Prepare data in order to generate reports and presentations for management.
Establish and maintain documentation system to ensure proper storage and retrieval of required documents to support department efficiency.
Ensures Tracking of Contracts issues/requirements for Supervisors review.
Prepare management internal reports and analysis for review.
Assist the contracts division in preparing the commercial evaluation reports capturing all key information.
Completion of Secondary School Education (12 years).
6 years’ experience in commercial environment.
