The Senior Collections Manager is responsible to oversee the credit and collections activities of an organization, managing the collection of outstanding invoices, enforcing company policies, and leading a team of collections staff to ensure efficient operations.

Review and refine credit policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the collections department.
Proven track record in managing collections, with deep knowledge of debt recovery processes and financial regulations.
Strong ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of collection agents, ensuring high performance and compliance.
Excellent analytical skills to assess and improve collection strategies, utilizing data-driven insights for decision-making.
Superior communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring smooth operations and conflict resolution.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
