This short-term engagement aims to assess the Legal Department’s effectiveness in managing risks, compliance, and governance as part of the client’s Corporate Internal Audit Department.
Duration: 2 Months (1st February 2025 – 31st March 2025)
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Review contracts, litigation processes, and external legal firm performance.
• Ensure governance adherence and identify non-compliance risks.
