The opportunity



We are seeking to appoint a Secondary School Assistant Head.
In this role, you will have a specific focus on safeguarding, the quality of teaching and learning, curriculum, assessment and reporting at Key Stage 3, as well as the pastoral achievements of students. You will have high expectations and create a welcoming environment which is conducive to learning. As a leader of teams, you will further foster a culture which is centred around commitment, enthusiasm and cooperation whilst ensuring the core values of DC permeate all aspects of life at Doha College. You will lead the pastoral and academic life of the school, as well as contribute to the school’s ongoing strategic development of the College as a member of the Secondary Leadership Group.

Strong management, communication and interpersonal skills should be accompanied by relevant leadership experience and the ability and commitment to deliver excellence in all aspects of our pastoral provision.
