About the role:


As a schedule planning analyst, you will be responsible to develop operationally feasible freighter schedules in line with QR Cargo's business needs. You will also be responsible to secure airport slots & landing permissions and distribute schedules to relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations across the network


Some of the tasks include


  • Prepare seasonal (Summer and Winter) and monthly freighter schedules taking into consideration block hours, ground times, maintenance requirements, curfews, slots, loads, connections and commercial decisions taken.
  • Support capacity changes through coordination with Operational Departments, Airports and Slot Coordinators.
  • Support analysis and produce standard reports for Schedule Planning KPI’s
  • Ensure schedule planning system has updated data for fleet, slots, NOTAMs, curfews, block hours, maintenance etc.
Qualifications

About you


  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 4 years of of job-related experience.
  • Good knowledge of using schedule planning and slots system (e.g. Sabre, NetLine etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, communication, strategic planning and problem- solving skills
  • Ability to foster a culture of data- driven decision making
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
