Key Responsibilities:
* Sales:
* Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget requirements.
* Provide expert knowledge about furniture products, materials, styles, and trends.
* Present product offerings effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
* Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally, offering persuasive solutions.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
* Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
* Interior Design:
* Create inspiring interior design concepts that align with customer preferences and space limitations.
* Utilize design software to develop 2D and 3D floor plans, elevations, and renderings.
* Select furniture, lighting, and accessories that complement the overall design scheme.
* Advise clients on space planning, color palettes, and material selection.
* Collaborate with other team members, such as architects and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
* Customer Service:
* Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up.
* Provide timely and efficient customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
* Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.
* Administrative Tasks:
* Prepare accurate quotes and invoices.
* Manage customer orders and deliveries.
* Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in furniture sales and interior design.
* Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial planning.
* Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max).
