Key Expectations for Sales Specialists
As a sales specialist at Heenat Salma, your primary goal is to drive sales across
your assigned profit centre(s). You will have dual reporting lines to both the Profit
Centre Head and the Head of Business Development. Clear communication and
alignment with the Profit Centre Head are essential, as you and they will jointly own
sales targets and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the Profit Centre Head and Business Development team.
Understand and promote the unique offers of your assigned profit center while finding synergies with other centers to enhance customer attraction.
Ensure the achievement of revenue targets by managing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
Work closely with other units to combine offers across products, services, programs, and experiences to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth.
Collaboration and Integration
Each profit centre is encouraged to collaborate with others to create stronger, more comprehensive offers. For example, agriculture and F&B could combine offerings to create exclusive farm-to-table experiences. The integration of different centres’ outputs is key to Heenat Salma’s success, providing customers with a holistic and unique experience.

Dual Reporting Structure
