Sales Contract: Receiving online reservation through Kinto application and walk-in individual customer, verify the documents, process contract documentation, deposit hold, and collect payment and issue receipt.
Vehicle delivery: Ensuring vehicles assigned to the contracts to be delivered as per the standards, in terms of conditions and cleanness and coordinate with dispatchers/driver to delivery process to clients.
Vehicle return after contract period: Ensure the vehicle has no violation or damage on its exterior and interior conditions and missing tools, if so the violation need to be cleared immediately, police report to be provided for any accident before handing over the vehicle in closing contract period and ensure all settlement of all outstanding payments is paid.
Vehicle repair and maintenance: To coordinate with renter for the maintenance schedule as per standard.
Traffic Violation Management: Monitoring traffic violation regularly and ensure its paid by clients.
Reports: Submitting accurate reports on Ad-hoc basis
