Prior experience in managing a sales team in medical sales related company (medical equipment, hospital project related)
Experience in a specific segment of the medical device segment (ie medical furniture, medical diagnostics, etc)
Experience with sales forecasting tools, data analysis software, or customer management systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, deep understanding of the medical device/consumable sales process, ability to analyse market trends and competition.
