Job Description:
Develop and execute the sales strategy in alignment with the company overall business objectives.
Set clear sales goals and establish action plans to achieve revenue growth and market share targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Set KPIs for the sales team, monitor performance and provide regular feedback and motivation to ensure optimal results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Act as the main point of contact for strategic clients and oversee high-value accounts.
Ensure that sales activities are cost-effective and contribute to the company’s overall financial goals.
Expand the company’s reach by identifying new regions, sectors, and clients to enter.
Ensure seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, and technical teams to enhance customer experience.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the technology, digital payments, or cloud computing industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful sales teams.
Skills:
