1. To meet or exceed the target sales quota and revenue2. To expand network and increase corporate client database3. To build long-term trusting relationships with clients TASKS & DUTIES 1. Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, training and consultancy services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition 2. Meets and exceeds target sales quota and revenue3. Builds network and establish new clients too the company to expand its market share4. Contacting potential clients via emails or phone calls to establish rapport, set up meetings or schedule appointments and follow up quotations5. Propose marketing strategy, development and expansion of courses.6. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives7. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email and in person.8. Handles the sales and marketing related correspondences of the company9. Conduct survey, gets customer feedback and recommends client based on their training requirements for the continual improvement of our courses offered.10. Visits clients to attend their needs and provide solutions to customer complaints.11. Report to the management on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results12.
