The Sales Executive and Coordinator is responsible for identifying, managing, and securing tender opportunities for the water factory. This role involves extensive research, preparation of tender documents, negotiation, and collaboration with various departments to ensure successful bids.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of the water industry and tendering processes. Provide administrative support and collaborate with the sales team in achieving sales targets. Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process Tender (Identification, Research, Preparation, Bid Management, Tender Statement Submission & Payments)
· Handle administrative tasks such as preparing sales contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
· Collaborate with the sales team to support in achieving sales targets. - Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
· Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
· Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities with clients.
· Handle administrative tasks such as preparing sales contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
· Organize and maintain sales documentation and records for easy reference and retrieval.
· Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and sales collateral. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions.
Qualifications:
· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
· At least 2 – 5 years of proven experience in tender sales, preferably within the water or related industries in water bottling company or FMCG.
· Strong understanding of tender processes, bid management, and contract negotiation.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Strong organizational and project management abilities.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
· Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
· Holder of Qatar driving license
· Nationality: Arab/India/Sri Lanka/Nepal
· Can join immediately
