Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and local developments.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process, addressing any concerns or questions.
Maintain an accurate and organized database of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers and home inspectors, to facilitate transactions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
RequirementsHigh school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is highly desirable.Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
