Our client, a very well-known automotive company based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Executive (Motorcycles) to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise sales activities related to motorcycles.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
Utilize excellent sales negotiation skills to close deals and expand the customer base.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment, mentoring and training employees as needed.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
Identify and address any operational or customer service issues promptly.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes, particularly in the motorcycle sector.
Collaborate with other departmental managers on strategic initiatives related to motorcycle sales.
Use market data and insights to drive motorcycle sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Engage with motorcycle enthusiasts and customers to promote the brand and products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge and experience in sales in the automotive industry (preferably motorcycles ).
Excellent sales negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
Strong enthusiasm for motorbikes and the motorcycle industry.
