A great opportunity to join as a Revenue Manager at a Luxury 5 star hotel in Doha
Job Purpose:
The Revenue Manager, will play a crucial role in maximizing our revenue through strategic pricing, inventory management, and sales forecasting. You will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize our revenue strategy for both accommodations and F&B offerings. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective pricing strategies for rooms and F&B outlets to maximize revenue.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to adjust pricing and inventory accordingly.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to design promotional packages that drive revenue.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
Conduct regular reviews of the F&B menu pricing and promotions to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
Lead weekly revenue meetings, providing insights and recommendations to enhance revenue performance.
Utilize revenue management systems and tools to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide training and support to team members on revenue management practices.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in a hotel setting with both rooms and F&B focus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in revenue management systems and software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing pricing strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
