Job Responsibilities:
• Liaison with the Management & conducting the Training
Need Analysis for the staff.
• Content Development basis the TNA and getting approved by
the Management.
• Improving the Basic Grooming Standards across all the
stores.
• Initiatives like Employee of the Month & Store
Championship which resulted in staff motivation and healthy competition.
• Conducting the Induction Workshop to all new joinees and
educate them on Country, Group & Concept.
• Identifying gaps within the store staff and executing
relevant training.
• Aligning all with the common goal of company Vision &
Mission statements.
• Conducting surprise test to check the knowledge of staff on
Product, Policies & Procedures.
• Conducted customer service & cashier training to
improve customer satisfaction.
• Staff motivation and training to increase Conversion, ATV
& Basket Size.
• Formulating long & short term strategic store plans to
enhance operational flow within the organization as per market / competitor
trends & client s changing requirement / expectation.
• Setting performance standards and measuring it for
efficient functioning of retail stores.
• Ensuring that the stores have received optimal customer
service & appropriate stock levels.
• Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that
fosters development opportunities & motivates high performance amongst team
members; imparting continuous on-job training for greater operational
efficiency.
• Verifying that all sales & promotions activities were
planned, executed & promptly maintained professionally.
• Checking the sales performance against last year & week
and budget on a daily & weekly basis to give feedback to managers, motivate
staffs and implement actions.
