Position Overview:

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative methods
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database
  • Manage and update job postings across various platforms
  • Provide candidates with timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process
  • Negotiate job offers and assist in onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:


  • Experience in recruiting for multiple industries or job functions
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and labor laws
