Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions across different departments. You will collaborate closely with Hiring Manager to understand the hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
Source and attract candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Create job descriptions and posting job openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support onboarding processes for new hires.
