Receptionist Responsibilities
Customer Service
Greeting and welcoming: Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
Membership inquiries: Handle inquiries about membership packages, pricing, and benefits.
Check-ins and check-outs: Efficiently check members in and out of the studio.
Problem resolution: Address any issues or concerns raised by members or guests.
Administrative Tasks
Scheduling: Manage class schedules, appointments, and reservations.
Payments: Process payments for memberships, classes, and merchandise.
Data entry: Maintain accurate records of member information, attendance, and transactions.
Inventory management: Monitor and restock supplies as needed.
Facility Management
Front desk maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Security: Ensure the safety and security of the studio and its members.
Equipment maintenance: Assist with minor equipment maintenance or report issues to appropriate staff.
Marketing and Sales
Promotions: Promote studio events, promotions, and membership upgrades.
Sales support: Assist with membership sales and renewals.
