ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan, organize, direct, and control all activities related to the Quality & Safety Management
System.
• Responsible as a Management Representative for ISO:9001, API Q1, ISO:14001 & OHSAS 18001
• Liaise with Quality Management and Standard bodies (i.e., API Monogram Program Certifications,
Third Party Inspection/Certification Agencies, HSE etc.)
• Develop, implement, and improve QHSE management systems, processes, and procedures to
support business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, API Q1 & ISO
• Plan and ensure the effectiveness of internal and external Quality audits.
• Evaluate, analyze quality issues, and implement systems to identify, track, report and reduce or
eliminate non-conformities.
• Actively participate at all levels, from strategy to implementation as well as actively influence and
motivate a variety of people to ensure commitment to the overall QHSE systems.
• Handle Customer Complaints.
• Communicate with Management and Staff to ensure continued QHSE integration into core
operations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all Quality, Health, and Safety Environment legislation.
• Prepare, monitor, and control department yearly budget and allocate resources within the
department to execute assigned tasks effectively.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers where necessary on issues of Quality and Quality
Management System.
• Conduct Hazard, Risk Assessment and Aspect & Impact assessment to implement operational
controls.
• Participate in various meetings, trainings, and updating documents and records for all aspects of
the Quality & Safety Management Systems.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
• 12 to 15 years of work experience in related job and 5 years of work experience in similar
position ideally in wellhead & valves manufacturing industry.
• Experience in GCC will be preferred.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred
• NDE Certification SNT-TC-1A Level 2
• Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor Certification
• Expertise in API 6A & API 6D
• Familiar with 16A, 16C, 5CT, API 7-1, API 7-2, API 5B
• Sound Leadership & Interpersonal Skills.
• Experience in using ERP System.
• Bilingual Candidates Shall be preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma. (Preferred)
