Position: Purchasing and Business Coordinator
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing and Business Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for managing procurement processes and ensuring efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Management: Oversee purchasing activities, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to align purchasing strategies with business needs and objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, assess supplier performance, and recommend improvements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of five years in purchasing or business coordination, with a proven track record of success.
- Driving License: Valid Qatari driving license is required for travel and logistics.
- Residency: Must possess a transferable Qatari residence permit.
