Public Relations Officer/ PRO

Gulf Center Holding is a dynamic organization seeking a dedicated Public Relations Officer to contribute to our continued success.

Job Description:

Governmental Relations:

• Manage and oversee all governmental procedures and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Address and resolve any legal issues or disputes that may arise in the course of business operations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Qatar's labor laws, immigration policies, and other relevant regulations.
• Ensure timely renewal of company licenses, permits, and registrations.
• Handle all visa, immigration, and labor-related matters for the company's employees.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation to government authorities for various business-related requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents and contracts as needed.
• Provide support in handling employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or in a similar role with a focus on governmental procedures and regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of Qatar’s governmental procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 05 years of experience in a similar role.
