Manage quality control throughout the project life cycle by maintaining delivery timelines, mitigating project risk, and act as a liaison with all project stakeholders to ensure effective change management. Support the development of the project plans that are realistic, maintained and properly resourced. Support the delivery of all assigned projects, ensuring that it is within time, within cost and to the highest quality. Ensure communication of business cases and project briefs and related information to relevant stakeholders in order to maintain project timeline and requirements by ensuring that objectives are properly documented and followed. Adhere to corporate strategy by following project governance guidelines, maintain/ update contractual terms and conditions in order to ensure that they are within company policies and procedures. Enhance project management capabilities by supporting the automation of processes as well as the introduction of new project management technology. Support the development and design of project management framework and technology platform by defining the processes training, implementation and accountability across each of the teams. Assist with the implementation of process flows and manage the execution of project milestones with a focus on maintain or improving project/ service levels. Prepare periodic management reports and presentations capturing information on timelines and project completeness. Perform other department duties related to the position as directed by Head of Department. · Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent without prior experience. · Experience managing senior stakeholders · Professional experience in MS office tools (eg: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) and proficient using project management software. · Solid experience in project/ stakeholder management, process improvement, planning and performance management. · Experience managing enterprise level projects. · Ability to look at situations from several point of view. · Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. · Ability to train and develop subordinate’s skills · Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
