About the role:
We are currently recruiting for Project Specialist for Customer Contact Centre in Doha.
The role is responsible to provide support on assigned projects and solutions in compliance with the project standard and processes of Qatar Airways to meet defined business requirements within agree timeline and cost. You will support all staged of the project lifecycle, through in-depth research and analytics, project pitching, end to end implementation, project tracking, risk mitigation, quality control and communication.

About you
To be successful in the role, you must have the following qualification and skills:
Qualification and Experience:
Qatari Nationals
·Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent without prior experience.
Essential
·Experience managing senior stakeholders
·Professional experience in MS office tools (eg: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) and proficient using project management software.
·Solid experience in project/ stakeholder management, process improvement, planning and performance management.
Preferred
·Master degree in Business Administration or specialist.
·PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or similar qualification.
·Experience managing enterprise level projects.
