Project Manager- for IT Company

Apt Resources is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to join a leading IT company in Doha, Qatar. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This role demands a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and strong leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
• Ensure that all project deliverables align with the quality standards and client requirements.
• Facilitate Agile and Scrum processes, conducting meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Oversee the creation and execution of user experience (UX) designs for children's applications, ensuring they meet usability standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and apply lessons learned to future projects.
• Utilize project management tools like Jira and Trello to track progress and manage tasks efficiently.
• Provide data analysis and generate reports to evaluate project success and performance metrics.
