About the role
In this role you will manage Project delivery, ensure delivery of assigned IT projects/IT solutions working closely with business users, other departments of the QR and suppliers. You are responsible to provide a clear vision of the product. This includes solutions built in-house, acquired packages and IT application support.
Job responsibilities

Manage and support a scrum team within an agile development. This will include supporting product development from product ideation to production rollout as well as driving the planning sessions for Product Increment.
Help Product owner, other team members in crafting the strong product roadmap, ensuring backlog and sprint goal are delivered and drive the team towards Self-empowerment.
Act as the agile mentor/coach to the team members within in the agile team.
Proactively identifies impediments and appropriately resolves using leadership skills in most cases and through formal channels, including escalation to senior stakeholders as required
Ensure product delivery as Practitioner utilizing Scaled Agile or Kanban methodologies
Leading scrum sessions for outcome with creative solutions for project execution as well as problem resolution.
Provide team members with timely, constructive feedback to drive high performance and accountability for superior results and team engagement.
Ensure on time support activities to the deployed application. Respond to any service degradations or unplanned downtime quickly and efficiently as per stipulated SLAs.
Develop and maintain detailed project plan and other associated project artefacts including project resourcing, task allocation and monitoring
Closely support the team carrying out maintenance and support to deployed automations. Step in if necessary to deliver necessary fixes to resume operations if necessary.
Responsible for reporting project status to IT Management, coordination with multiple stakeholders within IT and business, business unit project sponsor and other key stakeholders, as needed.
QualificationsJob Specific Skills

Bachelor’s Degree or Honors in Engineering / Computer Science / Mathematics / Sciences or Equivalent with 4+ Years of experience with minimum 2 years of experience as scrum master or in similar role(like Project Lead, Team Lead, Agile Lead).
Preferably Scrum Certified (CSM or PSM).
Excellent knowledge, understanding and proven track record on delivering complex business and technology transformations as Scrum Master.
Knowledge of end-to-end software development life cycle, starting from requirements phase until delivery and rollout preferably on Azure DevOps using SCRUM methodology.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of Business Processes and Knowledge on Airline, travel, ecommerce domains will be an added advantage
Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles and practices.
Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Using Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
Facilitate Scrum events and ceremonies, such as the sprint planning meeting, daily standup, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
Training, mentoring, and supporting Scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items and make this apparent to Project Stakeholders.
Planning and organizing reviews/ demos and product/system testing.
Ensuring team utilization for Functional, Non-Functional and Architectural requirements.
Ensure projects are carried out through the defined phases fully complying with QR IT processes and procedures, with solutions meet agreed requirements and business expectations, are maintainable and meet documented and agreed criteria.
Domain knowledge of Corporate functions such as HR, Finance, Facilities/Transport, Procurement would be added advantage.
