The Project Director for the large-scale facilities management project will oversee the day-to-day operations, commercial management, and contractual obligations of the project, ensuring its successful delivery. The Project Director will lead and manage a cross-functional team, driving the achievement of project goals while maintaining client satisfaction, budget adherence, and compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, RICS) is a plus.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of facilities management operations, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), building maintenance, security, cleaning, and space planning.
Commercial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control. Ability to manage and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing large, cross-functional teams and interacting with senior stakeholders.
Risk Management: Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing client relationships and working with internal teams and third-party contractors.
