We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Qatar LLC 

Project Control Manager

Job Purpose:

This position is a unique opportunity to Manage the Project Planning, Progress reporting, invoicing, Project Cost Control and maintaining project details.

Your main duties will be to:-

Ensure implementation of the  Contract requirements in area of responsibility and report any deviation to the Project Manager through the line responsible

Manage, follow-up, monitor and control the overall project and detailed schedules on Site and report deviations and areas of concern to Project Management

Manage the Project administration function

 Support Project Team members in analyzing schedules and progress information within the respective disciplines

Follow up the overall and discipline detailed schedules on site and coordinate progress

 Manage and coordinate the schedule follow-up and reporting from different project team members

 Support project team members in analyzing and reporting on schedules within the respective disciplines

Communicate with Accounts and Purchase to ensure Quality and Correctness of data in the Project Management System

 Manage the document control system in project server and live link project archive

 Coordinate the review and comment on Contractor Monthly reports

 Manage and follow-up and control the Project cost

 Manage the planning and progress information for the Project Monthly Reports

 Review and control invoices from Contractor and other sources for approval by Project Manager

 Coordinate and prepare the Project Monthly reports and Steering Committee presentations

Profile

Ideally you will have Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University with minimum of 10+ years direct and relevant experience related to Project Control Management in large EPCC Projects with oil/gas or petrochemical or fertilizer industry
