The Project and Structured Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial aspects of large-scale projects and structured finance transactions within the company. This role involves securing funding, structuring financial deals, assessing financial risks, and ensuring that projects are financially viable and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. The manager works closely with various stakeholders, including project teams, senior management, financial institutions, and investors, to facilitate the successful execution of complex financial arrangements.
Develop and implement financial models for project financing and structured finance transactions.
Analyze and structure financial deals to optimize funding and risk management.
Conduct detailed financial analysis, including cash flow projections, return on investment (ROI), and sensitivity analysis.
Identify and secure funding sources for projects, including debt, equity, and alternative financing options.
Negotiate terms and conditions with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and present financing proposals to senior management and potential investors.
Assess financial risks associated with projects and structured finance transactions.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management frameworks.
Monitor and report on the financial performance and risk profile of ongoing projects.
Collaborate with project teams, legal advisors, and external consultants to ensure the successful execution of financial transactions.
Maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and other financial partners.
Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders to provide updates on financial status and strategic recommendations.
Oversee the financial aspects of projects from inception to completion.
Ensure that projects are delivered within budget and financial targets are met.
Provide financial oversight and support to project managers and teams.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's financial strategy and long-term planning.
Identify opportunities for strategic investments and partnerships to support business growth.
Evaluate the financial feasibility of new projects and initiatives.
Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Extensive experience in project finance, structured finance, investment banking, or a related financial field.
Excellent understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Minimum 10 year(s) working experience, 8 year(s) in a relevant supervisory position, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
