Position Summary:
The Program Manager is responsible for
overseeing and coordinating a portfolio of related projects, ensuring that they
align with the organization’s strategic goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
The role involves managing multiple project teams, optimizing resources,
managing risks, and communicating progress to senior leadership. The Program
Manager will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive
the successful execution of the program, ensuring that the collective projects
deliver value and achieve the desired objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Planning and Strategy:
Develop and implement program
strategies that align with organizational goals.
Define program objectives, KPIs,
and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Create and maintain a detailed
program roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader business strategies.
Program Execution and Delivery:
Oversee the execution of multiple
interrelated projects, ensuring they meet their objectives and deadlines.
Manage and optimize resource
allocation across projects to ensure efficient use of time, budget, and talent.
Ensure program deliverables align
with stakeholder expectations and organizational objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
Engage with key stakeholders to
communicate program progress, risks, and issues.
Facilitate cross-functional
collaboration and ensure consistent stakeholder engagement.
Manage stakeholder expectations
and address concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Risk and Issue Management:
Identify and mitigate risks
across the program, ensuring minimal disruption to program objectives.
Develop contingency plans and
proactively address issues that may impact program success.
Monitor and control program
risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the program
budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.
Monitor program expenditures and
ensure alignment with financial forecasts.
Report on financial performance
and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and mentor project managers
and teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Provide guidance and support to
ensure project teams meet their goals and adhere to program timelines.
Promote professional development
within the team, identifying opportunities for skill enhancement.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and present regular
program status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive
documentation of program plans, decisions, and changes.
Ensure all program documentation
is up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s
degree preferred).
PMP, PgMP, or similar
certification is highly desirable.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of experience in
leadership role delivering Civil Engineering/ ICT projects, 7-10 years of experience
in project management role, with at least 3-5 years in program management role.
Proven track record of managing
large, complex programs with multiple interrelated projects.
Experience in budget management,
risk management, QA/QC, HSSE, and resource allocation.

Understanding of software development, IT, OT,
network and cybersecurity

software and tools (Primavera P6).
