This is a chance to showcase your expertise while being richly rewarded with professional development and career advancement.The OpportunityATLAS is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to helm the Department of State's Coordinator for Afghan Relocation Effort (CARE) Camp As Sayliyah Translator/Linguist Program. In this dynamic role, you'll:Function as the single point of contact, empowered with full on-site decision-making authorityLead mission analysis, defining objectives and solving complex problemsFacilitate quality through observation, analysis, and customer engagementManage mission training delivery across simultaneous exercisesOwn P&L, service delivery, quality control, and employee developmentMitigate risk and ensure rigorous quality standards are metInteract with clients, receiving feedback to continually enhance offeringsComply with all reporting requirements while controlling budgeted expensesRequirementsThe QualificationsTo thrive in this opportunity, you'll need a unique mix of experience, drive, and vision, including:Secret security clearance (desired: Top Secret)10+ years of program management expertise including serving as an OCONUS program manager5+ years supporting relocation efforts in the Middle East, South Asia, or EuropeProven success as a senior in-country manager for large-scale initiativesExcellent communication skills to engage clients, leadership, and cross-functional teamsBasic computer/typing proficiency; systems like Windows, Office, and G SuiteFluency in Pashto/Dari is a considerable assetWe're also looking for candidates who demonstrate:A passion for developing program initiatives and advocating for positive changeExceptional critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilitiesA keen eye for detail and a process-oriented mindsetTop-notch interpersonal skills to build relationships across the enterprise
