About the job PROCESS BIM MODELERS
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:They specializes in creating and managing detailed BIM models for mechanical systems within process-focused industries in engineering-intensive sectors. This role combines expertise in mechanical systems design and process workflows with advanced BIM capabilities to support project delivery.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with Process/Mechanical engineers and other team members to develop detailed design plans for MEP systems using Autodesk Revit 2020 or latest version.Create accurate and comprehensive 3D models of following Mechanical systems: Utilities & Process Pumping Station and network, Sewage Treatment Plant including Process Buildings & Equipment.Manage and update Revit models throughout the design and construction phases, incorporating revisions and changes as required.
KEY QUALIFICATION:
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software with a focus on Mechanical/Process systems.Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, codes, and standards.Relevant education or experience in mechanical engineering.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.Familiarity with BIM processes and collaboration tools.Previous experience as Mechanical Revit Modeler or similar role in Sewage Treatment Plant is preferred.
