We are seeking a Principal Data Scientist with deep expertise in Agentic AI, LLMs, and Cloud AI Architectures to lead our AI initiatives. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying multi-agent AI systems, RAG architectures, and predictive models leveraging Microsoft Azure’s AI ecosystem. If you have hands-on experience in building autonomous agents using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen, and a track record of fine-tuning LLMs and predictive models, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop Autonomous AI Agents – Design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents capable of executing complex workflows autonomously.
✅ Multi-Agent Orchestration – Architect and integrate multi-agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and other agentic frameworks.
✅ Advanced RAG Systems & LLM Fine-Tuning – Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and fine-tune LLMsfor high-performance enterprise applications.
✅ Predictive AI & Machine Learning – Develop traditional predictive models alongside generative AI systems to deliver intelligent insights.
✅ Azure AI Expertise – Architect scalable cloud AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, utilizing Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI, ML Studio, and Synapse Analytics.
✅ Cloud & Microservices Architecture – Design AI systems with scalable, distributed, and cloud-native architectures, ensuring high availability and security.
✅ AI Model Optimization & Deployment – Optimize model inference pipelines, enhance performance, and deploy AI systems efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Skills
🔹 Experience – 7+ years in AI/ML, with at least 3+ years in autonomous agents and LLM-based AI systems.
🔹 Agentic AI Expertise – Hands-on experience in LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks for multi-agent orchestration.
🔹 LLM & NLP Mastery – Proven experience in fine-tuning LLMs, embedding optimization, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
🔹 Predictive Modeling – Strong background in traditional ML models (classification, regression, forecasting) and integrating them into AI-driven systems.
🔹 Azure Cloud & AI Services – Expertise in Azure AI, Cognitive Services, Azure ML Studio, OpenAI, Synapse Analytics, and cloud security best practices.
🔹 Cloud-Native Architectures – Deep understanding of microservices, distributed computing, and scalable AI deployment.
🔹 Software Development – Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangChain, vector databases (Weaviate, Pinecone, FAISS), and API integrations.
🔹 Leadership & Communication – Strong ability to lead AI projects, mentor teams, and articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Other Requirements
➕ Experience with graph-based AI, reinforcement learning, and self-improving AI agents.
➕ Exposure to multi-modal AI (text, image, video, audio processing).
