Job Title: Photographer/Videographer

Job Overview: The Photographer/Videographer will be responsible for creating high-quality images and video content for marketing, social media, events of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the technical skills to produce professional-grade content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photography:
  

  
  
• oCapture high-quality images for a variety of purposes including marketing materials, social media, events, and product showcases.
  
• oEdit and retouch photos to ensure they meet the company’s standards for visual quality and consistency.
  
• oCreate engaging Reels and TikTok videos showcasing property features, lifestyle elements, and local surroundings.
  
• oDevelop and implement a content calendar for consistent social media posting.
  
• oEdit and optimize photos and videos for maximum impact on various platforms.
  
• oUtilize native camera, iPhone editing tools or third-party apps to create engaging and dynamic video content.
  
• oIncorporate music, text overlays, and transitions to enhance storytelling and brand identity.
  
• oStay up-to-date on the latest trends and editing techniques for Reels and TikTok.
  
• oManage and maintain a library of digital assets, including organizing and archiving images for easy access.
  

• • Shoot and edit video content of our properties promotional materials, social media, and other company needs.
    
  • Develop storyboards and scripts for video projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and objectives.
    
  • Manage video projects from concept through post-production, including sound design, color correction, and final delivery.

  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets strategic goals.
    
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for visual content.
    
  • Coordinate with other team members and external partners as needed to ensure successful execution of projects.

  • Operate and maintain professional photography and videography equipment, including cameras, iphone, lighting, and audio gear.
    
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in photography and videography to continuously improve skills and techniques.
    

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Strong understanding of visual composition, lighting, and editing techniques.
  
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  
• Experience with different types of video content (e.g., promotional, instructional, event coverage) is a plus.
