Job Role: Pest Control Services In-Charge
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage the Pest Control team, delegate work activities and responsibilities to deliver specific goals. Conceptualizing, Planning, developing, implementing and achieving departmental Objectives. Ensure the Compliance of Health and Safety standards within the departmental operation. Study preliminary reports and diagrams of infested area and determine treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestation. Provide continuing, up-to-date training to the employees on the Equipment, Work Process, Chemicals and PPE. Inspect termite and pest control work done by the Staff to ensure compliance with company standards & the standards of local authority. Preparing reports on the Pest Control work undertaken and presenting the work progress to the Management as and when required. Display the pest management knowledge by training new team members on pest management functions and pesticide application. Estimate the cost of services rendered to clients or customers and presenting a detailed report to the management for necessary approvals. Identifying the scope of Pest Control Services to be rendered, preparing different scenarios and analysing the same to assess the risks and opportunities. Active involvement in end to end disinfection, sanitization, sterilization and fumigation process of the site, buildings and the surrounding environment. Keen to have an in-depth understanding and keep abreast of the new laws and regulations pertaining to the pest control. Maintain the required licensing, and stay up-to-date on the latest pest management techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma or Degree in the Related field Must Possess a Valid Driving License under the State of Qatar 5-7 years’ total professional experience.
