Process payrolls for approximately 2500 – 3000 employees within the required the time frame.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, tax regulations and company policies.
Generate and submit payroll reports to the line manager.
Provide employees with information regarding their pay, leave entitlement and deductions. Prepare payslips as requested by the employee.
Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
Update payroll data for current employees such as new hires, termination, promotions and changes in compensation or benefits.
Determine monthly salaries through work hours and leave days
Calculation of end of service including annual leave as per the calendar year.
Other duties as directed by the HR.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Previous experience as payroll officer (2-4 years)
Locally available in Qatar is mandatory
Knowledge of payroll software and ERP systems
Proficiency in MS Excel and WPS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, HR personnel, and external stakeholders to address employee inquiries, resolve payment discrepancies, and provide guidance on payroll-related matters.
Outstanding dedication to precision and meticulousness, guaranteeing the thorough processing, comprehensive scrutiny, and accurate documentation of all payroll information, in strict accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
