Job Summary
The Patient Flow Manager will be accountable for placing the right patients in the right place, at the right time from admission to discharge in line with the patient’s needs and medical management plan to ensure they can receive the right care experience across a range of provided services.
Job Responsibilities 1
Understands efficient operation principle of the center and coordinates the overall flow of patients.
Assists in providing safe and effective clinical pathway management of patients.
Ensures effective patient flow and discharge, minimising patient delays and driving positive patient experience and outcomes.
Continuously monitors Center-wide operational processes and capacity.
Continuously forecasts for the coming hours and days drawing attention to capacity problems before they occur while taking appropriate actions.
Reviews list of reserved examinees (basic/advanced/VIP).
Identifies any significant matters to report/manage (VIP, complaints etc.).
Job Responsibilities 2
Monitors delays and coordinates if required.
Understands the clinical aspects of all exams and coordinates exam schedules if there are any exams required to be done prior to a certain exam, if required.
Coordinates any service process/exam schedule if required.
Participates in quality improvement activities to resolve issues raised in the center.
Assists all clinical directors in coordinating interdepartmental and ancillary activities to ensure quality, cost-effective patient care.
Job Knowledge & Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable working with a diverse and multicultural staff.
Eligible for overseas travel (for business trips and training etc.).
Team centred work and synergy-oriented mind.
Job Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
Any previous experience working as a Charge/ Head Nurse position (Preferred).
Any previous experience working at a newly opened clinic (Preferred).
Experience in health screening center (Preferred).
Experience in Korean/GCC healthcare setting (Preferred).
