Your Day to Day
As an Outlet Supervisor, you will support the overall outlet operations to deliver and maintain guest satisfaction and business results. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction in your F&B venue of responsibility, supervise the operations efficiently in accordance to the established F&B concept and hotel standards, ensuring that all operating standards are adhered to in order to achieve the highest level of service and maximize profitability and assigning responsibilities to team members and periodically checking their performance.
What We Need From You
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort Excellent communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English Additional language is an added advantage Strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask
